Satyra Trips uses a verification process to confirm that Users have physically visited a place before posting a review. By using the verification feature:
- You agree to provide your location data for the purpose of verification.
- You understand that verification is a core functionality of the Service and is required to post reviews.
- You agree not to attempt to circumvent or manipulate the verification process in any way.
5. User Content
Users retain ownership of the Content they submit, post, or display on the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on the Service, you grant Satyra Trips a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Content.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own the Content you post on the Service or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms.
- The posting of your Content on the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Satyra Trips, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
